Students successfully completing the course will receive the Nationally Recognised; BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business. This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
Training and assessment is based on a classroom based, face to face training model comprised of the following components of delivery, supervision, assessment and support:
Classroom based training sessions to develop the knowledge and theoretical understandings required to undertake business services based work and work within a potentially highly regulated industry (subject to vocational direction), and prepare for and practice dealing with situations that arise in an business services setting. Classroom based settings will ensure full access to computers, internet, workbooks and textbooks.
Private Study – Students need to allocate self-study time per unit of competency to complete workbook activities and the associated review questions to enhance their understanding. This time is in addition to the structured supervised hours of training.

This course is offered over 2 terms / 440 hours/24 Weeks (Includes Term Breaks).
